CONSERVATION AGRICULTURE

Conservation agriculture embodies a set of  crop and livestock production practices which  maintain or improve the soil and water resources upon which crop and livestock production systems rely.

As innovative problem solvers, RICA graduates will be prepared to be prepared to be leaders who take an entrepreneurial approach wherever their careers in agriculture may lead, whether that be as an operator of a farm or ranch, as a manager of an agricultural enterprise, as the head of an innovative startup, as an extension agent, or as an agricultural policymaker.
